You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Tough Titties.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

toughtitties.co handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Tough Titties.

Tough Titties may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. At Tough Titties, we value the way in which photos, videos and other media help our community grow and flourish. Photos and videos tell our story, provide visitors information and an idea of what to expect when they attend our events, and allow us to market and communicate our events via our website, social channels and other digital and print media. Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming and other recording may be in progress at our events, activities, classes, programs and other events. Novel / Tough Titties may use the media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the brand, including but not limited to our social media, website, posters, brochures, newsletters and other printed and electronic materials, digital media (other social media sites).

AT GATHERINGS AND CATCH UPS

By attending events, gatherings, activities, classes, programs and events:

(i) you consent to be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded;

(ii) you grant your permission for Novel Creative to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice or statements, without compensation, credit or other consideration to you, for Novel’s promotional, publicity and other purposes, throughout the world and in perpetuity; and

(iii) you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Novel from any and all liabilities and claims involving the use of your image, likeness, voice or statements.

While we reserve the right to photograph and record events, we strive to ensure that photography and videography are used in safe and positive ways. We will not knowingly and intentionally post any photo, video or other recording that would be embarrassing, objectionable or hurtful to any clearly, personally identifiable individual in the recording.

• Avoid congestion of people in specific areas

HYGIENE AND CLEANING

• Adopt good hand hygiene practices — hand sanitiser at key points around venue

• Ensure bathrooms are well stocked with hand soap and paper towels

• Frequently clean used indoor hard surfaces and touched areas with disinfectant

• Increase natural ventilation by opening windows and doors

• Optimise air conditioning system settings to avoid recirculation of air

RECORD KEEPING

• Keep records of name, contact number and entry time for all staff, guests and contractors

• Ensure any required electronic check-in system (QR code) is clearly visible and accessible

• Ensure records can be provided within a maximum of 4 hours, upon request

• Ensure if a person is unable to provide contact details, for example due to age or language barriers, another person may provide contact details on their behalf.
